1. Order & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp.
- Payment methods accepted: Online Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without prior notice.
- Orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp before processing.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are delivered using third-party courier services such as J&T Express or Ninja Van.
- Standard delivery time is 2–4 working days within Malaysia.
- COD orders are subject to an RM0 charge.
- Free delivery is available for orders paid in advance via bank transfer.
3. Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of our products (health supplements and food items), we do not accept returns once products are opened.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours with photo proof.
- Refunds will be issued based on approval and only for valid claims.
4. Product Use & Disclaimer
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
- Results may vary depending on the individual.
- Customers are responsible for reading instructions and ingredients before use.
