Return & Refund Policy – Langsing Online

At Langsing Online, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and providing the best service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds may be processed.


1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage or error

Once approved, we will send a replacement product or process a refund based on your original payment method.


3. Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once an order is packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment method. For online transfers, refunds will be made to the bank account used during the transaction.
